Getting started

The idea of counselling can be daunting but I want to support you through this journey in a way that feels right for you.
We can arrange an initial free zoom call or phone call to discuss how we can work together and what you feel you need from counselling. We can then agree a date and time for your first session. The duration of each session is 50 minutes and I offer sessions on either a Monday, Wednesday or Friday.

How much are the sessions?

Each session is £50 and I do offer a limited number of reduced fee sessions for those unable to pay the full rate (including trainee students, low income or OAPs).

How often are the sessions?

The sessions can be weekly or fortnightly depending on your requirements.


Where will the sessions take place?

These can be held online via a suitable platform (Google Meet, Zoom or Teams).


What happens if I am unable to attend?

To provide counselling fairly and efficiently, I need to charge the full fees for any appointments missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
